mr. ___ morel is the twin brother of yvette morel. they're very close and best friends as well as complete opposites. they're protective of each other and they're not afraid to state whether or not they dissaprove of something. speaking of, ___ isn't too fond of yvette's little love interest, ___ marshal. although she insists that they're currently 'just friends', it doesn't stop her brother from stating his opinion and possibly causing sibling rivalry.

yvette morel is the sweet good-girl of mountain view on the fast track to a record deal. it was expected that she'd date a nice guy, and some moms have even told their sons to go after her. lately she's got her eye set on a bad boy stablehand. mr. ___ marshal stepped foot on the ranch and she was set with an inner battle. she admired from afar, but has also been taking her brother's words to heart. what's worse is that he seems to be showing an interest in her too. she's caught; will she listen to what ___ morel has to say and do her best to move on or has ___ marshal left his mark?

meet the infamous ___ marshal. he was born in new york city when his ma was fifteen. her parents kicked her out of the house with her baby, and she began to deal drugs. the feds came and took ___ marshal away from his mother at the age of four. he was adopted later by a family in mountain view. it seemed like trouble was always close behind the little rascal though. on the night of his eighteenth birthday he was arrested. six months later, when his trial was scheduled, the mountain view sheriff (who happened to be a family friend) settled the issue. ___ marshal would have to work for free as a stablehand at charlie's ranch (owned by the morels). he's been working there for a little under a month while working another job to help save up for college and has been admiring yvette morel from afar.

___ chrysman is a seemingly normal sixteen year old girl. sadly, her mother died two years ago in a drunk driving accident. ___ chrysman was in the backseat. she came out with some bruises and scrapes, but her mother died. her father picked up a bottle that night to drink it all away, and since has been an alocholic with a heavy hand that's often used when he's drunk. ___ chrysman has been trying to keep it a secret, but it's been difficult when she becomes closer with ___ pintton, her best friend's (___ ables) boyfriend - who happens to be the sheriff's son. although it hasn't been addressed, ___ chrysman can feel the tension in the relationship with ___ ables.

___ pintton is the big shot of mountain view high and he's only a junior. he's got the pretty girlfriend, ___ ables, and has underclassmen kissing the ground he walks on. it seems like things in his life couldn't get any better. he already has college scouts showing up at his football games. however, as he spends more time with ___ chrysman things get a little shaky. he might be developing feelings for her and he has a strong desire to take care of her. that innocent little face of hers is hiding something and he might lose some things getting to the bottom of it. not to mention his girlfriend seems to be getting 'distant' for lack of a better word. ___ pintton's caught between ___ chrysman and ___ ables.

___ ables is ___ chrysman's best friend and the girlfriend of ___ pintton. she couldn't be happier until she realizes pintton's slowly been getting closer and closer to ___ chrysman, which sometimes means ___ ables is left out. to say the least, she's getting jealous and worried. she's been trying to come up with plans to 'save their relationship,' as if they're about to fall apart at any moment. finally she settled on the fact that since she's silently jealous, she'd make him the same way. what better way to do that then go after his best friend? ___ markshign.

___ markshign is best friends with ___ pintton, even though they wouldn't seem to be. ___ markshign is the water boy for the football team since he wasn't exactly 'fit' to be on the team as a player. ___ markshign and ___ pintton have been best friends since kindergarten. ___ markshign has always been a little jealous of his best friend's luck with girls so when ___ ables began spending more time with him, he savoured it. he was unsure whether or not to tell his best friend about it. little did he know that ___ ables wasn't as innocent as she seemed; she really had no desire to be with him, she just wanted to take a stab at ___ pintton. sadly, ___ markshign is beginning to develope feelings for the girl who was using him.

___ cross has lived a life consisting of switching from foster home to foster home. only once her adoption papers were asked for, and even then they were never completely filled out. she had minor run ins with the law, but nothing major. now she's on her own in a tiny apartment. she's not well off at all. in fact, if it weren't for the help from the government, she probably wouldn't be able to live in the place she called home. she has funding from the school so she can get an education. she's had her eye on the dean's son, ___ banks.

___ banks lived a life of privaledge. his mother is the college dean and his father owns a large construction business. he grew up getting what he wanted and doesn't know what it's like to work for something. his father wants him to take over the family business while his mom wants him to take two years at the community college and go on to a more prestigious school. ___ banks doesn't want to do either of these. he's a residential cowboy spending most of his time at charlie's ranch (owned by the morels). a run in with ___ cross opens his eyes to what it's like to work for something. ___ cross intrigues him, but he's not sure what to think of her.

courtney porter has lived in mountain view since she was four years old. her father's business relocated them from london to mountain view and since they haven't moved. courtney porter had a boyfriend, ___ travis since she was in the seventh grade. after five years she called it off because she discovered he was a drug dealer. things got somewhat scary after that. ___ travis began showing up at her house at random hours, she would see him watching her in the most bizarre places, and occasionally he would just drive past her house for hours. truth be told, she got scared so she confronted him threatening to go to the cops. he stopped, but whenever she got close to another boy, ___ travis seemed to pop up. so for a nearly a year she's stayed away from boys, but then she met ___ forest-scott...
